🛡️ Strict Compliance & Security Protocol

To maintain the absolute integrity of the global registry, the ISAB operates on a zero-trust verification model.

  • Quarantine Protocol: All data submitted through this portal is instantly isolated in Draft Status.
  • No Auto-Publication: Submitted records will not appear on the public verification ledger automatically.
  • Cryptographic Signing: An ISAB Master Administrator must manually review your uploaded evidence, verify the technical scope, and apply a cryptographic HMAC-SHA384 signature before the record is published.

📋 Submission Instructions

Please ensure you have all required documentation before initiating a transfer to the master ledger.

  1. Select Certification Category: Choose whether you are submitting an Organizational Management System (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001) or a Personal Competency/Training Credential.
  2. Define Technical Parameters: If submitting an accreditation for ISO 17020, ISO 17024, or ISO 17025, the Advanced Technical Scope panel will automatically appear. You must itemize all approved testing methods, inspection ranges, and CMCs.
  3. Map Satellite Sites (ISAB MD 1): Use the Multi-Site repeater to log all secondary physical locations and sub-scopes operating under the primary Registration ID.
  4. Upload Official Evidence: You must attach a high-resolution PDF or image of the officially signed certificate or schedule of accreditation. Submissions without verifiable evidence will be immediately rejected.
  5. Track Your Submission: Once submitted, you can monitor the live status of your record in the tracker at the bottom of this page.
